Please Note: 

We want everything to run smoothly, before, during, and after shipping. That’s why we make sure your order is packed quickly, completely, and with great care. Still, mistakes can happen and an incorrect item might sneak in, or a product may be missing.

If your delivery is incorrect or incomplete, please report that issue within 14 days after receiving the items. Together, we’ll arrange the details for a replacement or return, naturally, free of charge for you.

If you made a mistake when placing your order and accidentally ordered the wrong item, you can also contact us within 14 days. We’ll be happy to check whether a return is possible. Please note: in this case, return shipping costs and any potential restocking fees will be your responsibility. We’re unfortunately unable to accept returns of opened boxes, used, or damaged items.
